On a construction site, steel moves from one job to another without ever passing back through a warehouse. That gap is where material goes missing, and most systems never catch it because nothing in them is built to look. Raqib logs every dispatch, transfer and wastage claim, makes people photograph what they are claiming, and reconciles all of it against what the job should have used. When the numbers stop matching, it says so.
